‘A Lonely Light’ is a transportive journey. At times sorrowful and solemn yet uplifting and hopeful. Thursday Bloom presents a canvas of contemplation and reflection, a room filled with ambient warmth and frosty shadows.
‘The Lonely Light in the Antique Loft’ presents a personal humanity from a distance. Comforting samples create an atmosphere upon which strings progress us along towards a hazy euphoria. ‘A Sorrow’ then continues on, carrying us with a gradual certainty, to a place of beautiful sadness before ‘The Hope that Remains’ allows glitters of sunlight in. The piano keys dance and strings swell, allowing us to linger on our own as the distorted milieu then fades back to nothingness.
