The Mountaineering Club Orchestra (MCO) is the third year solo project by Tom Adams. Bringing together his interests in modern minimalist classical music, electronica and post rock, The Mountaineering Club Orchestra create a sound that is best described as widescreen.

Inspired by the music of Jóhann Jóhannsson, Clint Mansell, Arvo Pärt and Ólafur Arnalds as well as bands such as iLiKETRAiNS, Sigur Rós and Godspeed You! Black Emperor, The Mountaineering Club Orchestra are neither classical music or art rock. Instead, they reside in the increasingly explored middle ground between these two genres, where electronically generated soundscapes and traditionally constructed canons are both considered invaluable tools for the composer.

The current The Mountaineering Club Orchestra project is a set of compositions and instrumental songs for strings, electronics, guitar, piano and percussion. Titled 'A Start On Such A Night is Full of Promise', the project is inspired by the first crossing of Greenland made by Fridtjof Nansen in 1888, and the account that he wrote of that expedition.

Spreading his universe with protagonists such as electrical thistles, speaking hills or mute windmills, Thot cleverly mixes rock and electronic music, industrial and acoustics sounds, freeing itself from any codes and turning stages upside down. Directed by Grégoire Fray, Thot became, along the years, a true collective, capable of electrifying live shows, visuals performances, acoustics happenings in the streets of Brussels and many artistic collaboration (remixes, workshop). On stage, Fray is joined by Gil de Chevigné (drums, electronics), Phyl Gillès (piano, keyboards), Julien Forthomme (Bass) and scenographer Arielle Moens (videos projections), to make Thot a welded band, guilty of intense and intoxicating live acts.

Días De Septiembre is an indie / post-rock band born in Caracas by the end of 2008. It is composed by Edgar Cardenas (bass), Pedro Deniz (guitar), Christian Arana (drums), Angel Negrin (guitar) and Mena Mígliz (keyboards, melodica andxylophone).
The band’s music is characterized for being mostly instrumental compositions, these are supported with visuals during live performances. Under this format, the band does not try to dictate emotions, but to suggest them, allowing each person whom listen their music or watch their presentations give a personal meaning to each track.
Their first album entitled Días De Septiembre, was recorded in Chrome *AudioLab Studios at Caracas-Venezuela, and was produced, mixed and mastered by renowned Venezuelan producer Claudio Ramírez (Chucknorris and Los Humanoides). Within this, are compiled eight tracks that represent the essence of the band, the experiences, influences and the path followed since its formation.
When it comes to career, Días De Septiembre has participated in the compilation of Venezuelan artists "El Soundtrack de tus historias Vol.1" released in 2010 and has played in the most important venues of the city as El Teatro Bar, Hard Rock Cafe, Sake Bar and El Puto Bar, also having involvement in the 2010 edition of the Festival Kikiriwiki the Universidad Simón Bolívar.
