Since the very beginning Jagged Vision has been a force to be reckoned with in the Norwegian underground scene. Through vigorous touring and sharing stages with bands like Kylesa, Black Tusk, Orange Goblin, High on Fire, Kvelertak and many more, Jagged Vision has built a reputation of being an intense live experience.

The band released their debut through Kylesa-run Retro Futurist Records to international acclaim in 2014 following a 30 date tour throughout Europe with Kylesa. The Sludgelord said “Jagged Vision up the ante with more bone-crunching riffs played at full force that will leave you breathless through out.”.

“Death Is This World” sees Jagged Vision evolving their roots in hardcore and stoner metal into an intense machinery of heavy riffing. The album consists of 10 songs filled with blistering Hardcore Metal, sure to to wake even the most lethargic listener. Working with producer Phillip Cope (who’s first amendment was that they recorded everything in the highest bpm they could handle) takes Jagged Vision into a faster and more brutal landscape.

There is no compromise, no genre limitations and no rules. “Death Is This World” is a product of raw heavy emotion.

Unlike their debut album, “Harvest Earth” (2014), where vocalist Ole Urke Wik wrote all the tracks, “Death Is This World” is more of a collaborative effort in terms of songwriting. Following the departure of guitarist Daniel Vier and bassist Kato Austrått, Jagged recruited fresh blood to join the ranks of metal excellence – enter guitar prodigy Tommy Jacobsen and axe-man Morten Transeth, whom both help fan the flames of rage necessary for pleasing the metal hordes of the world.

Jagged Vision’s misanthropic agenda is deep set in the failing of man’s interpersonal relations. As the very earth that has been tread upon for thousands of years starts to crumble beneath the feet of its self-appointed master. “Every man for himself” seems to have become the universal law. As technology and culture evolves ever faster, man seems to regress to become more primitive and self-absorbed. Fueled by this, Jagged Vision come off as a rude awakening. spewing venom and pulling off the meanest riffs imaginable.

Rorcal sees the light in Geneva (Switzerland) in 2006.

After four efforts between 2007 and 2008 and more than 100 shows all over Europe, 2010 is marked by the band’s fifth block: Heliogabalus. Highly acclaimed by the public and the critics, this one marks a radical change in the band’s music. Obsessively dark and heavy, this 70 minutes monolithic piece sees Rorcal sink deeper into the abysses of sound.

After touring all over Europe and working on a couple of collaborative releases, Rorcal is now ready with a brand new set entitled Vilagvege. You have no idea what to expect.  Somewhere between drone, doom and black metal, let yourself go into the bowels of the whale.

Hailing from a small town in quaint Berkshire, Atlases are one of the freshest faces on the UK metal and hardcore scene. The five childhood friends joined forces at the start of 2013 when previous bands went their separate ways. 2013 has seen Atlases touring up and down the UK whilst squeezing in time to write and record the technically mature and flawless EP “Upbringing”.

With an undoubted passion for playing and performing, Atlases have quickly built a reputation on the live circuit for their heartfelt and captivating, yet, powerful live show. It's clear to see that these guys are enjoying every minute of it and making friends and fans along every step of their journey.

Drawing musical influences from bands such as Of Mice & Men, Architects, The Ghost Inside and Bring Me The Horizon, Atlases have defined their sound with a distinctly British vibe which is clearly visible throughout the 6 tracks of “Upbringing”.

Atlases don't hide away from the influence that Parkway Drive and their lifestyle have had upon them. Going on tour, heavy boozing, partying, skate and wake-boarding, meeting and making as many new friends as possible and all whilst delivering killer live shows every night are what Atlases hold dear.

'The Red Dragon', a kitted-out LDV Convoy, is Atlases pride and joy. Boasting, bunk beds, a TV, a sink, stoves and a huge sound system, as well as black go-faster stripes, a Mercedes Benz badge on the bonnet, a huge exhaust and a massive fog horn, you will definitely see and hear them coming!

Atlases are going to be touring throughout the UK and EU from the new year. Dates to be announced very soon.

Formed in 2011 in Lorient, western France, Direwolves rapidly stood out from the pack by combining both the melodic and the heavy aspects of punk hardcore. Their first full-length «Aegri Somnia» not only follows the path of their EP «Me From Myself, To Banish» (2012) but also enhances the spectrum of their sound, browsing through a large range of sub-genres while avoiding their respective clichés. Songs such as "Holy Treason" or "Face The Facts" show the band at their most vehement, colliding unstoppable drumming with heavily metallic-influenced riffs while the end of the record explores more emotionally-charged post-metallic soundscapes. With their constant will to remain straightforward but diversified Direwolves deliver eleven highly epic and passionate anthems, condensing everything you could expect from a great hardcore LP in 2014.

Since 2005, Michael Wright, vocalist\guitarist of The Restitution, has sought to break the notion that heavy music is by nature mindless and ineloquent. Beginning years ago with a borrowed guitar and amplifier simulation software, Mike began developing the sound that would become The Restitution. With inspiration from bands like Thrice, Deftones and Oh, Sleeper, he is proving that the harder spectrum of music can be intelligent, tasteful and full of honest hope.

Setting a deadline against his perfectionist tendencies, Mike went about performing, engineering and mixing the entire record himself at It's a Trap! Studio over a matter of a few weeks. "'Waves' was an exercise in authenticity for me," Mike says. "In a world where everything is auto-tuned and automated and edited to perfection, I really wanted this record to feel human." "Waves" was then mastered by Jack Shirley (Comadre) at The Atomic Garden (deafheaven, Loma Prieta).
