Kauan started by Anton Belov (Helengard, Inea) in February 2005 and up to this moment had changed their name and genre - they started as a folk black band, then moved to the direction of doom, rock and ambient with their sophomore album, and could now be considered as a ambient post rock/metal band with big influence of Pink Floyd.
After the release of the first album, "Lumikuuro" (BadMoodMan Music, 2007), Alexander Borovikh (co-founder) left the band and right after that Kauan recorded their second album "Tietäjän laulu", which was released by BMM Music in the late 2008.
In late 2009, Kauan released their third album, "Aava tuulen maa" (Firebox Rec, 2009). At this point the band changed their genre to atmospheric folk rock, post-rock with sad and melancholic variations which has always been a distinctive mark of Kauan.
In summer 2011, Kauan released their 4th album "Kuu.." (Avantgarde Music, 2011) which contains 4 long tales in different atmospheric genres from post-rock to ambient.
Lubov Mushnikova left the band, and Kauan recorded their 5th album "Pirut" in 2013, released by FIN/USA label Blood Music. In 2015 the same label released their 6th album "Sorni Nai".

Fourteen Nights At Sea is a ship with no captain. Borne of the tides, some untold force propels them, ever gaining momentum. Melbourne’s premier instrumental post-rock horde have become a fearsome, thoughtful force to be drank in, wholly and willingly.
Fourteen Nights At Sea has fashioned a third full-length album of tremendous beauty and depth, played with a dark, wistful restraint throughout. Minor Light is eerie and iridescent, composed and captured with mesmerising attention to detail, guided by the band’s most intricate and intimate guitar passages to date, full of delicate transitions and soulful punctuations. While the band works with the transition between Drew Watson and long time friend / engineer Lara Soulio, a stronger FNAS works its slow build and burn with newfound patience, sinuousness and ferocity.
It is tricky to distill what has made FNAS so compelling to so many critics and fans over their almost decade-long history. More than ever, the players keep their heads down, creating wonderful multi-movement instrumental works, overflowing with attention to tone and timbre.

Oh Hiroshima is a post-rock band from Kristinehamn, Sweden, formed in 2007 by Leif Eliasson and Jakob Hemström. Two friends who met in high school and formed a close friendship. What started off as a solo project became an output for the two of them to create and experiment with the music they loved.
In conjunction with the recording and release of the 'Empty Places Full of Memories' EP in 2009 Jakob’s younger brother, Oskar, joined the duo to play bass. The three has since been a solid line-up. A second EP titled 'Tomorrow' was released in 2010 and in 2011 the album debut 'Resistance is futile' followed. By this point Oskar had switched to the position of drummer and shortly after the release the band recruited Simon Axelsson to play bass. With Simon joining, the band was able to transform from a recording project to a full fledged live act. With exception of a show in Norrköping a couple of years back the band now started performing as a live band.
During 2014 Oh Hiroshima entered the studio once again. This time deciding to let someone from outside the band assume the task of overseeing the process of recording and mixing. After spending some time to finish song writing the band resumed recordings in early 2015 with the goal to relase their sophomore album in the first half of that year.

we.own.the.sky is an instrumental rock/metal band from Athens, Greece. They were formed in 2010, and while they started out as a band following in the footsteps of the greats of the post-rock genre, they slowly found their own unique voice. Their target has always been to bring together different elements from various sub-genres, whether it be ambient soundscapes or walls of distorted guitars, all in the form of beautifully crafted, melody-driven instrumental songs.
They self-released their debut EP, entitled "The Glass/Nails EP", back in 2013 which was met with great critical appraise in international underground circles. It also helped in getting them the support slot in the greek shows of some of the world's finest post-rock acts, including the likes of Caspian, Long Distance Calling and Tides From Nebula.
"Earths Collide" is the band's first full-length album. Recorded at Unreal Studioz in Athens and mastered at Fascination Street in Sweden by the legendary Jens Bogren (Opeth, Katatonia, Leprous etc.), "Earths Collide" finds we.own.the.sky further expanding their musical palette; from faster-paced drumming to the use of acoustic guitar and electronic beats, this album is the next logical step for a band that seeks constant evolution, ignoring any restraints posed by music norms and genres. "Earths Collide" is available digitally, with a physical release following in early 2016.
Every sound will continue until it is punctuated with silence. It is this strategically placed pause that organizes sound into an art. With silence we summon love and hate, peace and war, confusion and understanding. By stopping a sound something much more is created. Music. Strategic Silence.

Sunpocrisy were born in 2007 as a four pieces death/progressive band and recorded the first EP called "Atman EP". After the release in 2008 the quartet started the live activity, playing gigs with bands like The Ocean, Ahab, In Mourning, Black Sun Aeon and more.
In 2010 the band got the 4th place in "Wacken Metal Battle", an important unsigned band contest and then they started to create a more complex and different kind of music, becoming a six-pieces post/progressive beast, adding a third guitarist and a keyboard player.
In late 2011 the band recorded the debut album, a full length concept called "Samaroid Dioramas", engineered at Studio 73 by Riccardo Pasini (Ephel Duath, Extrema, The Secret). Since its issue, in February 2012, the album had a lot of positive reviews and the live activity had been pushed to a higher level: the band plays using live-made lasers projections, atmospheric and strobe lights with a massive wall of sound and suggestive visuals, whom the listener feels embraced within.
About 50 shows in two years around Italy, Germany and Czech Republic supporting: Deafheaven, The Ocean, Napalm Death, Mouth Of The Architect, Ken Mode, Arabrot, Ahab, Mose Giganticus, Black Sun Aeon, The Secret, In Mourning, Destrage, Lento, Raein, American Me, and more until late 2013.
November 1st 2015, marked the release of their second album "Eyegasm, Hallelujah!".

Thulah Borah is a four-piece band from Glasgow, whose sound is probably best described as a mixture of alternative-rock and post-rock, drawing influence from the likes of 90s guitar bands such as Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, REM and Radiohead merged with the dynamics and ambience of Mogwai, Sigur Ros and Isis but with some subtle slowcore influences of Low and Red House Painters too, much like another of their influences, Glasgow's much missed Aereogramme.
The band started as Matt and Lloyd jamming with a drum machine before becoming a fully fledged band as of late 2009 and they have since been gigging extensively, playing venues such as King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut, Nice N Sleazy, The Classic Grand and Oran Mor in Glasgow as well as at the Edinburgh Festival and various venues up and down Scotland, including a Scottish tour in 2013.
They have received airplay in as diverse places as BBC Radio One and Four, Radio Scotland, Radio North Angus, Heartland FM, Subcity and Amazing Radio as well as many stations and podcasts around the globe, and have also received favourable reviews in the Daily Record. Thula Borah also recently reached the final of the Billy Kelly Songwriting competition which was won by Dumb Instrument who are currently achieving success with their single 'Suffering From Scottishness' and its accompanying album.
